LOZOVA MACHINERY: 25 years of success - The story of the creation and development of DUCAT

The first disc harrow by Lozovsky Machines was presented in 2009, after a year of intensive design work by our specialists. This process was accompanied by active discussions among engineers, numerous tests and improvements. The result was an innovative product with an individual spring bar that ensures high quality tillage. This was the first disc harrow in Ukraine to be equipped with a 3-D spring strut, which guarantees reliable protection of the bearing unit when hitting obstacles. In addition, the rack promotes low-frequency oscillations of the disk, which allows the harrow to effectively cultivate the soil without the formation of furrows and ridges, creating a perfectly flat surface. The DUCAT-2.5 made its debut at the AGRO-2009 exhibition in Kyiv, where it immediately aroused great interest among farmers.

LOZOVA MACHINERY did not even think of stopping there. In 2010, the wider DUCAT-5 model, developed in accordance with European standards, was introduced, which became an ideal solution for large farms. This model was successfully certified in the EU and opened the doors to international markets for the company.

Over the years, the company has been working hard to meet the needs of farmers. That is why the DUCAT line is being expanded with new models with different working widths that can be combined with tractors of different power. The result is the DUCAT-6, DUCAT-8 and DUCAT-12 models.

Just in time for the 10th anniversary of the line, a striking new product is being launched in 2018 - the DUCAT-9 disc harrow with a modern design and innovative construction. This model has received high marks for its power, performance and stylish appearance. At the same time, the company introduced another powerful innovation - ZERO MAINTENANCE. The disc harrows are equipped with HARP AGRO UNIT bearing units with three-level protection, which provide maximum reliability and do not require maintenance. The equipment does not have any lubrication points. This helps to reduce costs and save time on maintenance.

DUCAT disc harrows are all about reliability and durability. After all, models that were launched 15 years ago are still working perfectly in the fields of Ukraine.
