We have been operating in the agricultural machinery market for over 70 years. And the history of the LOZOVA MACHINERY brand goes back almost two decades. At the end of the 90s of the last century, the Lozova Forging and Mechanical Plant (LKMZ) began mass production of harrows with a spring tooth ZPG-24 and ZPG-15, which instantly became popular in Ukraine and the CIS, and still hold a leading position among tooth harrows under the updated name - LIRA.
After a number of popular models of agricultural machinery, the DUCAT disc harrow became a breakthrough, which instantly gained popularity in Ukraine and abroad.
The fact is that LOZOVA MACHINERY disc harrows are not only not inferior to the most modern foreign counterparts, but in some respects they are even superior.
The original design solutions implemented by LOZOVA MACHINERY ensure energy efficiency and cost-effective operation of the units.

DUCAT DISC HARROW
LOZOVA MACHINERY became the first in Ukraine (and one of the first in the world) to produce disc harrows on a spring stand.
The machine was later renamed DUCAT.

LOZOVA MACHINERY produces deep rippers
FRANC and GULDEN deep cultivators are released.

New assembly sites are being opened
New machines are being produced, new directions are emerging, and other tillage machines are being tested that are not inferior to their modern counterparts, and in many respects even surpass them.
In addition, the line of disk harrows has been increased, the line of train harrows (from 7 to 21 meters) is expanding, and the transport dimensions of the equipment are being adapted to EU standards.
Serialized units:
The LOZOVA MACHINERY Engineering Center consists of highly qualified specialists with the highest scientific qualifications. It is a part of the UPEC Joint Engineering Center, where mathematical modeling and complex fundamental calculations (including strength calculations) of the created units are performed. The design office is equipped with advanced software systems (Pro Engineer, Pro Mechanica).
We are constantly improving, modernizing, simplifying the use of equipment and making it more reliable. New units are developed in cooperation with farmers, taking into account the wishes of people who use agricultural machinery on a daily basis.
Our engineering solutions are original, protected by patents and copyright certificates, and before being put into mass production, LOZOVA MACHINERY machinery undergoes several stages of testing, with resource operational tests being carried out on special stands and test fields.
We actively cooperate with universities and research institutes in Ukraine and abroad. Together, we have achieved the best quality of tillage, which is confirmed by independent research and practical tests. We do not look for compromises - all LOZOVA MACHINERY equipment stands out in the market for its highest quality of work and low operating costs.
The basis for the new style and design of LOZOVA MACHINERY equipment was found in nature.
The highest representatives of the animal world: shark, tiger and even dragons are the most adaptable creatures that in the process of evolution have acquired perfect forms, perfectly adapted to life.
