The massive forged housing provides high strength and reliability of the unit, maximum resistance to any operating conditions. The bearing is located along the thrust line of the rack, which reduces the load acting on it.

Maintenance-free bearing unit of the roller

The roller's bearing unit is maintenance-free throughout its entire service life, thanks to high-quality cassette seals and HARP-AGRO sealed bearings. The axles of the roller are mounted on the frame through rubber dampers, which further reduces the load on the bearing unit.

Non-clogging rod and cage roller

The original design of the roller has no center axis, which means that the roller does not clog even in waterlogged conditions and in conditions of extreme field clogging.

Solving the problem of furrowing from the outer disk

Thanks to the original mounting of the bearing unit of the outer disc to the rack on the other side, the problem of furrowing from the outer disc is solved (without the need for additional parts).

UNIVERSAL SOLUTION

Additional equipment:

Spring teeth in front of the discs - for the possibility of uniform distribution of individual clusters of crop residues on the field surface (including those that are placed by the combine in the swath).

Spring teeth in front of the roller - to prevent the soil from flying directly from the second row of discs into the roller, which prevents clogging at high speeds and additionally breaks large soil fractions into smaller ones.

Baffle plates between the front and rear rows of discs to control soil flow - to form an optimal mulch layer and soil fractions.
