Heavy disk harrows are most relevant for Ukrainian farmers in the context of the annual growth of row crops, which already account for about 50% of the sown area.
Large-stemmed row crops, such as corn and sunflower, are increasingly gaining popularity in Ukraine and are changing the structure of sown areas. The harrow is designed for tillage in areas with crop residues of crops with tall stems and massive root systems. The tool ensures uniform mixing of soil and crop residues even on difficult terrain.

The tines are made of high-strength steel and can withstand heavy loads on dry soils.
The discs are mounted at an angle of 20° to the soil surface and 12° to the direction of travel. This ensures fast penetration into the soil and allows you to work the entire working surface evenly. These angles provide an optimal combination of crumbling and mixing of soil and crop residues.

on the racks with disks and on the roller.
The design of the racks uses modern sliding bearings (installed in three bridges), which are used to eliminate additional points of lubrication points and increase the maintenance-free operation interval.

Reliable roller bearings
A special maintenance-free HARP AGRO UNIT bearing unit is used for the roller. A rubber ring is installed around the bearing to prevent axial misalignment and to absorb shock loads.
To prevent moisture and dust from entering the bearing, the X-SHIELD seal is used.
The rollers with a diameter of 600 mm provide a high load-bearing capacity on light soils. The rollers are equipped with maintenance-free HARP AGRO UNIT bearing units.
The heavy roller ensures optimal recompaction of the loosened soil layer. For easy depth adjustment, the rollers have hydraulic depth adjustment and are controlled from the tractor cab.
One of the advantages is that the heavy disc harrow can easily travel on public roads. In the transport position, the structure consists of two half-frames that rise vertically upwards, with dimensions of 3x4 meters, which meets European requirements.
