FLORIN quickly and efficiently performs pre-sowing soil preparation without clogging, unlike many of its competitors, which are able to work exclusively with plowing and deep loosening.
The cultivator features a wide range of tillage depths (from 3 to 15 cm), an optimal working width (8 meters) and the possibility of equipping with three types of racks: spring, spring and square.
The cultivator is used for continuous pre-sowing soil cultivation after spring or autumn plowing with its final preparation for grain, industrial and fodder crops.
It allows you to prepare a seedbed at a precisely set depth, close moisture, and incorporate mineral fertilizers.
The FLORIN field cultivator can be equipped to suit your needs. For example, you can choose the variant of the racks depending on the planned work, weather conditions, or field tasks. Also, FLORIN can be equipped with additional rollers (front chopping and packer), front cutting discs and a two-row tooth spring harrow.

One of the longest frames in its class for clog-free operation. Soil, crop residues and chemicals are evenly mixed and distributed over the entire machine width and working depth.
The distance between the rows of tines is 850 mm.
The distance between the first and last row of posts is 4050 mm.

Three variants of racks:
- Spring-loaded, 30-by-30 cross-section
- Spring, variable cross-section, which reduces drag and lowers energy consumption
- Spring

The original design of the roller does not have a central axis, so the roller does not clog even in wet soil conditions and in extreme saline conditions.
The spring tooth is made of high quality special steel with a special double heat treatment.
The service life of the tine of LOZOVSKY MACHINERY is three times higher than that of other manufacturers.

The chopping roller for pre-crushing stubble with boron steel blades for extra-terrain performance in stubble.

The cutting turbo discs, each with a perpendicular edge, are designed to penetrate the soil for the best possible stubble chopping.

To create an even seedbed, ensure that the cultivator is evenly buried.
The required working depth is maintained by the support wheels.
