FOR PERFECT SEEDBED PREPARATION
CHERVONETS seedbed cultivator creates a perfect seed bed: compacted layer, embedded with well-loosened soil on top. Being effective on small and large areas, the CHERVONETS is a multi-purpose and conventional implement for seedbed preparation.
The CHERVONETS allows to perform simultaneously:
• loosening the soil to a depth from 3 to 15 cm;
• incorporation of solid and liquid manure;
• second plowing and destruction of the weed sprouts;
• harrowing-out of the thread-like weeds;
• soil levelling.

— Perfect seedbed preparation
Four rows of S-shaped spring tines with different working tools provide perfect soil tilling with further pulverization.
— Loosening wheel tracks
CHERVONETS is equipped with track looseners, which can be adjusted depending on track height and width.
— Working with different soil types
For working with different soil types the implement is supplied with three types of tools with working width from 35 mm to 150 mm. Working tools: wing sweep; duck foot; reversible chisel point.
— Perfect even surface
CHERVONETS has a spring-loaded multi-levelling bar for cost-effective levelling the soil in one pass.
On medium and heavy soils the spring-loaded multi-levelling bar is set backward, to “grip”. This compensates any unevenness in one pass. Springs protect the bar from damage. On light soil the bar is set forward, to “drag”. Therefore, on level ground less soil piles in front of the bar, and the implement has a lower drag.

3D tine can be additionally spring-loaded for rougher operation conditions.
— Simple folding to transport position and vice versa
Original folding system allows to fold the implement quickly for transportation without leaving the workplace. Control device folds sections for transportation and blocks them
— Blockage-free roller
The roller has no central axle, thus there is no roller blockage even in overwatered conditions
— Cultivation without gaps
Front and rear rollers have different diameters and rotation speeds, providing the finer soil fraction.
Doubled balance roller provides constant soil compacting with both rollers independently of ground contours. There are no gaps at the rollers joint.

VERSATILE SEEDBED CULTIVATOR
The first task met by agrarians on the way to receiving a high yield is seedbed preparation. Especially effective seedbed preparation is performed by implements, simultaneously doing several tillage operations, weed control and leveling the surface. Such machines allow not only to reduce the time for these operations and increase productivity, but also, and it is very important, to reduce the number of tractor passes preventing the soil compaction.
S-SHAPED SPRING TINE
S-shaped spring tine provides an optimal water-air regime. Elastic deformation of such tine leads to oscillatory movement of shares in the soil, which vibrate both in longitudinal and lateral directions, with minimum height movement. This provides strict observance of the required depth, increases quality of soil crumbling, decreases draft force and leads to the prevention of working tool blocking with soil and plant residues. Spacing between working tools of 125 mm provides high quality of soil tillage along the whole working width.
