In order to provide warranty, post- and out-warranty maintenance of LOZOVA MACHINERY units there has been established Service Department.

The Department cooperates with service departments of dealers and provides works on setting to operation (a special Act shall be issued), personnel training and prompt warranty repairs.

Stocks of spare parts are located in service centers of the dealer’s network. Upon the farm’s request Service Department sends a specialist to provide maintenance services on site. As a result of modernization of units, based on operation feedbacks, the Department sends to dealers and farmers recommendations on improving the durability and efficiency of units.

Service Department also provides repairs in a post-warranty period, using only original spare parts.
